Manuals on Measuring the 
Economic Impact of Agricultural Research

These training manuals and spreadsheets were developed for impact-assessment workshops organized through the Institut du Sahel (INSAH) in Bamako, Mali.  The workshops have been held annually since 1994, rotated amongst INSAH's member countries.  The next workshop is now scheduled for July 2002 in Dakar, Senegal.  The manuals and spreadsheets should be self-explanatory, but for more information contact me (for workshop content) or Samba Ly at INSAH (for workshop invitations and logistics).  The program is funded by the Office of Sustainable Development in the Africa Bureau of USAID.
