Training manuals for economic impact assessment of agricultural technologies

This manual and associated exercises is designed to help researchers undertake cost-benefit analyses of public R&D programs, using economic surplus methods. The manual itself is in “pdf” format. To read it, you may need to install “Acrobat Reader” . The exercises are in “xls” format, which can be read by any spreadsheet program. The French version of the exercises are available in an updated form with new case studies completed in 2003, in completed form (with correct formulas).
