Choosing a Small Scale Livestock Enterprise
The Agricultural Innovation and Commercialization Center at Purdue University has developed this online resource to assist you with making an entry decision into a small scale livestock enterprise. The Comparative Decision Support (CDS) toolkit provides realistic expectations across multiple livestock enterprises by using your input and returning individualized results. The content included in the publication and video demonstration explains the steps involved in using the CDS toolkit.
After completion of this mini-module, users will have evaluated across multiple objectives to make a small scale livestock enterprise entry decision.
This tool package and website were made possible through a North Central Region Sustainable Agriculture Research and Education (NCR-SARE) grant.
