Courtney Mann (Junior, Agricultural Economics; Cloverdale, IN) is spending this semester interning in Member Services with the Indiana House of Representatives Republican Caucus.  As an intern for Representatives Don Lehe, Alan Morrison, and Tom Washburne; she assists with their schedules and correspondence, answers phone calls, helps constituents, and researches legislative issues.  Courtney also collects data on political issues in the state as part of her internship survey project enabling representatives to better serve the people in their district.

Mann stated, "Interning with the Indiana House of Representatives has been a great experience. This internship provides a behind-the-scenes look at the legislative process, politics, and public policy in the state. My interaction with representatives, constituents, lobbyists, and others has greatly enhanced my communication skills and provides excellent networking opportunities."
