Sales Management and Leadership : June 5-6, 2007
Program Overview: The issue of prioritizing relationships based on the opportunities for profit has broad ramifications for how sales people spend their time and how they build value with customers. Implications for managers leading this process will be the focus of this program. Seminar leaders will use a case study of a peer-organization within the industry to demonstrate the application and use of ideas, strategies and thoughts generated throughout the program.
Precision Selling: Building Relationships with Large Farmers : July 10-11, 2007
Program Overview: The complexity of large farm operations requires a unique approach to understanding how agribusinesses provide value. Large farmers have needs in areas that extend far beyond the basic products, services, and information provided to traditional customers. The needs of these farmers and influencers must be explored in intentional ways in order to discover goals that can be acted on by sellers.
