Two years ago, the Krannert Graduate School of Management
and the School of Agriculture welcomed the first class of
working professionals in the food and agribusiness industry
to a largely Internet-based MBA. The first EMBA class will
graduate August 5, 2001. Purdue's agribusiness MBA program
is the only distance-delivered MBA in the nation with a
focus on the food and agribusiness industry. The MBA underlines
the new skill set needed to compete in the increasingly
complex business of food production, marketing and delivery
in the global marketplace.
AG OUTLOOK 2002: The department will be preparing for the
2002 Outlook Campaign on Friday, August 24th. Discussions
will include the outlook for general economy, policy, agricultural
trade, grains, livestock, diary, inputs and land values.
The meeting will take place in Kran 661 from 8:15 a.m. -
3:00 p.m. and is open to all.
