New User Registration

All fields are Required, with the exception of your middle name/initial.

Usernames must be unique. Many people are using their ITaP logins. Usernames can't contain special characters like @,#,$ or any punctuation. They can contain upper and lower case letters, numbers, and the underscore "_."

Your e-mail and mother's maiden name are needed to help you if you forget your password. There is a page that will request your username and mother's maiden name. If what you enter matches the information stored in the system, your password will be sent to the e-mail you have provided.
