Purpose of Lecture
A vision statement is the guiding philosophy of a business. It
provides documentation of what is important to those in
the business. This lecture provides background into what
vision and mission statements are and presents several examples.
Structure of Presentation
The presentation briefly describes what a vision statement is and
then reviews examples.
Exercises are provided to stimulate thoughts on writing
a vision statement.
