Purpose of Lecture

The business plan is the document that communicates what the business is and where it is going. As a written plan it provides documentation of management’s business model that can be used to attract investors and compare progress against. This lecture describes the structure of the business plan template associated with this program.

The presentation follows the headings found in the business plan template and describes the sort of material that goes under each.
