Estate and Family Business Transfer Planning
Estate and Family Farm Business Transfer Planning offered by arrangement with local Purdue Extension Educators and sponsored by local businesses and organizations.  For a sample program flier please visit the website. Focus is on traditional estate planning issues--goals and objectives, wills, and will substitutes, taxes, charitable transfers, and avoiding income and death taxes--with an emphasis on things to do and not to do when bringing family into the farm operation.
