FRANK H. DEMAREE (1884-1977)
Professor Demaree's areas of farm management education contributions included
individual farm planning, economics of farmstead arrangements, outlook, and
Father-Son rental agreements. He provided leadership to the Indiana Farm Management
Association as its Secretary-Treasurer, and was instrumental in the development
and growth of the County Association concept. Frank began his career in Land
Use Planning in 1935. Following his retirement from Purdue in 1952, he established
his own successful professional farm management service. He was an active participant
and contributor to both his church and his community. B.S.A. Purdue, 1908;
