Purpose: To provide for historical street lighting of the Courthouse Square, as illustrated in Exhibit A (exhibit not found in our copy).

Organization: Joint agreement. Governed by Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Lafayette. Single supply: All parties contribute significant funds but City is taking lead role in carrying out the project.

Services delivered: It appears that the work on the street lights will be done under contract with another party. (P. 2)

Financing: City will pay $40,000, County will pay $60,180, and DBC will pay $31,000. All funds will be deposited into a non-reverting reserve fund set up by the City prior to the letting of contracts for the project. (Pp. 1-2)

Administration: Board of Public Works and Safety of City, acting through the Lafayette City Engineer, will be responsible for the administration of project. (P. 1)
