Purpose: To improve the area between SR 38 and US 52 South and to connect Creasy Lane and Brady Lane.

Type: Collaboration

Organization: Joint agreement. No governing board. Joint supply: Each party is responsible for an individual construction project and each party contributes land. Intent is for each party to contribute half (P. 2).

Services delivered: County will construct a four lane bridge at, or about, the Brady Lane end of project. However, County will not be responsible for intersection construction or improvements at either the proposed US 52 or SR 38 intersection. (P. 1) County will provide snow removal. City will construct and maintain for 5 years a two lane highway from an intersection at SR 38 to a point on the north side of the aforedescribed bridge. State will be responsible for the intersection work at US 52 South and SR 38. (P. 2)

Staffing and supplying: County will provide land from Brady Lane to Ross Road, conditional upon the approval and consent of the Indiana Vocational Technical College. County will also contribute right of way through Point East Mobile Park. (P. 1) City will provide land in conjunction with the State of Indiana from Ross Road to SR 38. (P. 2)

Financing: Contributions reflect a 50% contribution by each party. (P. 2)

Administration: Part of project is to establish road right of way and utility corridors for the aforementioned area. (P. 1) Three additional entities (Indiana Gas Company, Inc., Public Service Indiana, and the General Telephone Company of Indiana) acknowledge this agreement and agree to enter into an agreement in the future (concerning "legal services and necessary costs").
