Purpose: To provide professional community- and economic-development services to the City. These services pertain to the development of Perry County. (pp. 1-2)

Organization: Joint agreement. No governing board. Single supply: Corporation provides planning, development, and coordination services to the City for a fee. (pp. 1-2)

Duration: 1 calendar year (1995) (p. 2)

Services delivered: The two broad responsibilities of the Corporation are: 1). Coordination of industrial recruitment and plant expansion. Aims are an expanded county tax base and job retention and expansion. 2). Infrastructure development. (pp. 1-2)

Staffing and supplying: Corporation's responsibility to assure that its personnel and its agents will be fully qualified and authorized under state and local law to perform their respective services. (p. 3)

Financing: A fixed amount (as yet unspecified) will be paid to the Corporation. Payment will be in two equal installments, the first due on July 15, 1995 and the second on December 15, 1995. Corporation will submit a requisition for payment. (p. 2)

Administration: City may request, from time to time, changes in the Scope of Services section of the contract. Changes may also be requested, by City or Corporation, as regards Corporation's compensation. If mutually agreed upon, such changes will be incorporated in a written addenda. (p. 2) Corporation will maintain adequate records to account for all costs. These records will be retained for 3 years after the expiration of this contract unless permission to destroy them is granted. All information under this contract is confidential and Corporation will not make such information public without prior written approval of the City. Corporation will not apply for copyright on any documents produced under this contract. (p. 3)
