This figure reflects forty-four and nineteen-one hundredths (44.19%) of the projected personnel and operating costs, minus projected fees gathered from County residents. (p. 1) The 44.19% is the percentage of animals from Monroe County sources during 1991 out of the total number of animals handled by the shelter. The projected fees are the revenues collected from Monroe County residents for 1991. Included is an itemized budget for 1993.
