Purpose: To provide for the pick-up and disposition of animals by the City of Anderson for the other above-mentioned jurisdictions. (Pp. 1-3)

Organization: Joint agreements (there are 8 separate agreements). No governing board. Single supply such that the City of Anderson, through the Anderson Animal Control Commission, agrees to provide services to all of the other above-mentioned jurisdictions in exchange for various fees. (Pp. 1-3)

Duration: January 1, 1994 through October 15, 1994 for County of Madison. (P. 1)

January 1, 1994 through December 31, 1994 for all other areas. (Pp. 1-2)

Financing: Fees to be paid to the City of Anderson are as follows (pp. 1-3):

City of Alexandria: $ 2,950;

City of Elwood: $ 3,550;

Madison County: $40,000;

Town of Chesterfield: $ 3,850;

Town of Edgewood: $ 2,250;

Town of Frankton: $ 3,350;

Town of Ingalls: $ 3,500;

Town of Pendleton: $ 4,500.
