Purpose: To provide for the operation and management of parks and summer recreational programs for residents and children-of-residents of Township. (P. 1)

Organization: Joint agreement. No governing board. Single supply: City will make its parks and summer recreational programs available to Township residents and Township will pay a fee.

Duration: 1 year, unless renewed in writing. (P. 1)

Financing: Township will pay to city $30,000. Sum is payable as funds become available during 1995, but not later than June 30, 1995. (P. 1)

Administration: City shall pay all salaries and all costs for equipment and supplies insofar as they relate to the management of parks and summer recreational programs. (P. 1) City will not exclude any residents or the children of residents of Township from participation in summer recreational programs. (P. 1)

Termination: December 31, 1995, unless continuation of agreement is put in writing. (P. 1)
