Single supply: City will provide one officer from the Warsaw Police Department to serve as a member of the Kosciusko County SPOT Team; County will pay for the officer's services. (Note: "SPOT" is nowhere spelled out. However, the SPOT Team is said to make drug seizures. (P. 1))

Financing: County shall use monies from the Drug Seizure Fund to: (a) properly equip all members of the SPOT Team; and (b) pay city $15,000 for the year 1995 to offset cost of officer. (P. 1)
