Financing: County shall pay to City in January 1995 the sum of $99,700 for the years 1994 and

Administration: County shall determine to what extent the services of the City dispatchers will be
utilized. (P. 1) Agreement administered by joint board composed of the Commissioners of Kosciusko
County and the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Warsaw. Meetings of joint board
will occur on an as-needed basis. Joint board shall not acquire property or make payments. (P. 2)
