Purpose: To establish the engineering associated with certain road improvements which shall lie
partially within the jurisdiction of the City and partially within the jurisdiction of the County.

Services delivered: Each party is responsible for conducting engineering studies of their respective
sections of 146th Street. The bridge along the City's section of road will remain a County project.
Upon completion of the engineering design, City will undertake the construction of the
improvements. County will issue permits and execute documents concerning right-of-way as needed.

construction for 146th St. over White River as soon as feasible. Engineering designs to be completed

Financing: City applied for and received a grant in the amount of $300,000 from the Build Indiana
