Purpose: To provide the Town with advance life support ambulance services. (P. 1)

Organization: Joint agreement. No governing board. Single supply: City, through its fire department, will supply manpower and equipment to the Town for a fee. (P. 1)

Duration: Indefinite (P. 2)

Staffing and supplying: The City will not respond to calls for assistance from the Town with its third ambulance. (P. 1)

Financing: The City will bill the Town $300 for each person transported to a hospital via a City ambulance. No fee is charged if a person is not transported. (P. 1)

Administration: The Goshen Department will take charge of the scene once they arrive. They will be responsible for transporting patients whether transportation occurs in the equipment of the Department or the Town. They also decide where to transport patients who need additional assistance. Funds received by the City will be receipted to the ambulance fund. (P. 2)

Termination: Can occur if one party gives the other party at least 60 days written notice. (P. 2)
